The Spiral Staircase These steps represent our emotional experience of the world and our lives, starting with the Steps of Shame which present the experience of depression. We can ascend or descend the Spiral Staircase using the different Habits or by focusing on the experiences offered by the steps on either side of our current position. The Mountains & Zephyrs These eight states of action encapsulate the places we are most in ‘flow’. When you position yourself in the dynamic of a mountain well suited to how you are currently flowing from your core-self, you create success with greater ease. Some people find they are located at areas that hinder their flow and they need to move to a different region of ‘The Cauldron' in order to discover their flow. The Halls of Synthesis These Halls represent the way that an individual may act within a group scenario and the systems that emerge. Some groups are chaotic and random with the members bickering and counteracting each other. Conversely, other groups find order with a dynamic that adapts and changes according to the needs and purposes of the group. WIth each member of the group in a different Hall, you can not only predict how each will excel in the group as a whole, but also promote the potential of every individual. |
